Protein has become such a hot topic for many reasons. Animal welfare and sustainability are obviously a big cause of the debate. When we talk about protein, we can't ignore that a source of protein is meat, and this is a big thing for a lot of people. Not just because of a choice not to eat animals but also because of environmental concerns.
