This meditation is about reflecting on the day and reinforcing the feeling of positivity and preparation for the next day. When reflecting on the day, celebrate the small steps taken and focus on small wins rather than being negative if everything wasn’t perfect. Reflect on what you could do better or changes you need to make, and set positive intentions for the next day. Again, be kind and compassionate towards yourself.
