We have embraced change and set ourselves goals, but reaching those goals can feel overwhelming. This meditation's purpose is to make you feel more comfortable about the steps you are going to take so that it doesn't become an anxiety-inducing process. It also gives you ideas for your first step, which is not about weight loss at all but about the healthier lifestyle you are going to make.
